Aronia Vitamin C Degrades with Refrigerated Storage

A small study shows how Aronia’s inherent Vitamin C degrades when juice and fruit are stored at refrigerated temperatures for only three days.  This study shows why fruit must be handled with speed and care throughout processing, until it is stabilized via process steps such as freezing or dehydration.
